Aqueous Chamber- It is the space between the cornea and the lens. In other words it is located between the cornea and lens which is filled with and alkaline liquid which is known as aqueous humour.

• Aqueous humour is transparent tissue fluid.

Iris divides it into two parts-

1. Anterior Chamber- This is the space or chamber between the iris and the cornea.

In this veins carry Carbon dioxide metabolic wastes outside from the inner chamber.

2. Posterior Chamber- This chamber lies between the iris and the lens. Arteries provide Oxygen and other minerals and nutrients to the chamber hence it is known as arterial chamber.
