NEWTON'S SECOND LAW - It states that the rate of change of momentum is directly proportional to applied force.

dp/dt is directly proportional to F

p is momentum

F is force

t is time

Hey there!!

According to Newton 2nd law of motion,

"Force acting on a body is directly proportional to the change in momentum with respect to time".

F = dp/dt

F = mdv/dt

F = m. (dv/dt)

F = ma

F = mass × acceleration
