HEY MATE YOUR ANSWER IS HERE..

According to Le Chatelier principle an increase in temp. will shift the equilibrium towards the direction where absorption of heat takes place in order to overcome the rise in temp. i.e equilibrium shifts to foreward direction. Hence Kw increase with the rise in temp.
