Photosynthesis is a chemical process which is used by the plants.By this process plants obtain their food in the presence of sunlight with the help of Carbon dioxide.

 6CO_{2}+6H_{2}O+Sunlight=C_{6}H_{12}O_{6}+6O_{2}

Where:- [tex]CO_{2}=Carbon Dioxide H_{2}O=Water C_{6}H_{12}O_{6}=Glucose (Food) O_{2}=Oxygen [/tex]
