TCS was the only MNC that came to our college and only BTechs were allowed to sit for it. Neverthless I got selected for TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Tech Mahindra and lastly my current company Deloitte USI. So yes, getting a job after BCA is every bit possible. It's the knowledge that matters. BCA graduates do get fewer opportunities than BTechs, but that doesn't mean you can't outshine them. Make sure you prepare and take the the AMCAT, eLitmus or any such employability exam. My score was 100% in English, Quantitative Aptitude and Computer Awareness. These days you can follow course material from institutes like MIT while sitting at home. And do lots of competitive programming.
