Gauche conformation :---

The relationship between two atoms or groups whose dihedral angle is more than 0° (i.e., eclipsed) but less than 120° (i.e., the next eclipsed conformation). A conformation which has one or more gauche interactions is can be called a gauche conformation.

Staggered conformation :---

In organic chemistry, a staggered conformation is a chemical conformation of an ethane-like moiety abcX–Ydef in which the substituents a, b, and c are at the maximum distance from d, e, and f. This requires the torsion angles to be 60°.Eliel, Ernest L.; Wilen, Samuel H. Stereochemistry of Organic Compounds. Wiley.

Fully eclipsed conformation :---

The gauche conformation has less steric strain than the eclipsed conformation, so its internal energy is the lower of the two conformations. From lowest to highest internal energy, here is the ranking of the conformation isomers: fully eclipsed.
