Epileptic fits are the result of an abnormal condition of brain with a medical history. It can occur anytime and mostly in kids.
Histerical fits are a condition where the person's mind is excessively activated creating a discomfort. It could be the result of a trauma or incident that weakened the person mentally. They are only a one time event. They are generated when body is in fright and weak. Mostly occur in adults.
