whats your opinion about big firms after you came to know that because of big firms, so many skillful workers starving in powerty?

According to me, the big firm shouldn't have installed their business where already the small shop keepers were there because as told in the story Mrs gessler was a hard working man how always worked truthfully and brilliantly. For him quality as more important but when big firms came he started to receive no customers and soon his business came to an end.
