whay albumin and yolk get dissappears after hatching?​

Yolk in the egg serves as food source for the growing chick while albumen contains water mainly used to keep the chick moist while growing up. Both yolk and albumen are completely consumed by the child during its development. Hence, it is missing from the chick that hatches out of an egg.
