parliamentary government is one in which the executive the (Council of Ministers headed by Prime Minister) owes to the legislature for its formation continuation and survival in office it is also known as responsible government cabinet government Prime Minister government .

there will be two sets of governments in a federal state while the central government works at National level and state government functions at provincial level .
