Wheat dough if left in the open,after a few days,start to emit a foul smell and become unfit for use .give reasons

because fungi and other decomposing bacteria start acting upon it and start breaking it's compunds into simpler forms

it is because a fungus called yeast started to consuming the dough and do anaerobic respiration which prproduces CO2 and acohol. It also rises the level of dough
