CO2(g)+C(s)⟶2CO(g)

  1L             0                  0         of CO2 consumed

  1−x                            2x          x is amount

⟹(1−x)+2x= Total volume =1.5x

⟹x=0.5 L

So, amount of CO consumed =1 L

⟹1 mole of CO→22.4 L CO(g)

                                 y→1L CO

⟹y=22.41 moles of CO
