Explanation:

moles NaOH = molarity * volume

                      = m/10 * 100

                      = 10m

moles HCl     = molarity * volume

                      = m/5 * 50

                      = 10m

since equal moles of hcl and naoh are being taken,

:. they will neutralize  to form neutral NaCl salt and release H20

;.pH of neutral salt = 7
