As you know,
Dimension of force = [MLT⁻²]
∴ force = 36 units = 36 Kgm/min²
We know, 1kg = 10³ g
1m = 10² cm
1min = 60 sec
Now, force = 36 {10³g}{10²cm}/{60sec}²
= 36 × 10⁵/3600 g.cm/sec²
= 10³ g.cm/sec²
= 1000 dyne [ because 1 g.cm/sec² = 1 dyne ]
Hence, force = 1000 dyne in cgs
