when 2 object having velocity Va and Vb travelling in the same direction then what will be the relative velocity of B with respect to A​

It depends on the direction of motion of the two bodies. If both the bodies are moving in the same direction, then the relative velocity of B will be V=Vb-Va. If they are moving in opposite direction then V=Vb+Va.
