HELLO MY DEAR FRIEND
YES, THE EARTH IS MOSTLY COVERED WITH WATER ( 70%). BUT THERE IS WATER SCARCITY. WATER CONSTITUTES 70 % OF OUR EARTH'S SURFACE. IT IS IN THE FORM OF SEAS, RIVERS, LAKES, PONDS AND ALSO AS MOISTURE ( WATER VAPOUR ) IN THE ATMOSPHERE. NEARLY 97 % OF WATER IS IN SEAS, OCEANS ,WHICH IS NOT SUITABLE FOR DRINKING PURPOSE. REMAINING 3% IS FRESH WATER. OF THIS 2 % IS IN THE POLAR REGIONS IN THE FORM OF ICE. THEREFORE, ONLY THE REMAINING 1 % OF WATER IS USED / SUITABLE FOR OUR CONSUMPTION USAGE.
I HOPE THIS WILL HELP'S U.............*-*
