hey!

when three coins are tossed the total outcomes are 8

HTH, HTT

THH, THT

HHH, HHT

TTH, TTT

•probability = no of favourable outcomes/ total no of outcomes

(a) p(getting 1 head) = 3/8

(TTH,HTT,THT)

(b) p(getting at most 1 head) = 4/8 = 1/2

at most 1 head will include 0 heads too

(TTT,TTH,HTT,THT)

(c) p(getting 3 heads) = 1/8 (HHH)

shreyasonit6: In the first sub question why didn’t you inlude 2 head in no. Of probabilities
