Let the first number be x
let the second number be y
BTQ,
(35/100)*x + y =( 20/100)*y+y
==>(7x/20 ) + y = (y/5)+y
==>7x/20 = y/5
==>20y = 35x
==>4y = 7x
Therefore,
The ratio between X and Y is 4 : 7
