when 45 gram of copper sulphate react with 15 gram of sodium hydroxide, 20 gram of sodium sulphate along with copper Hydroxide is formed. what is the mass of copper Hydroxide formed? justify your answer​

Law of conservation of mass says that in a reaction the total mass of the reactants used = total mass of the products formed. Hence the total mass will not change.

45 + 15 = 20 + x

x = 40 gm
