When 50gm of sugar is disolved in 100ml of water, will there be any change in the volume of water. If yes, then which characteristic of matter is illustrated by this observation

Answer:

Yes the volume will be change of solution not of water particularly. Because the water and sugar will stay togethrr as solution there will be 100 ml of water ,no increase ir decrease.

It. shows the property of fixed volume of solids as well as liquids.
