WHEN A 12V BATTERY IS CONNECTED ACROSS AN UNKNOWN RESISTOR ,A CURRENT OF 2.5 mA FLOWS THROUGH THE CIRCUIT. CALCULATE THE VALUE OF RESISTANCE OF THE RESISTOR.

PD= 12V
I = 2.5 mA =  0.0025 A
By Ohm's Law V=IR
                        R=V/I

12 V ÷ 0.0025 A = 4800 ohm
