When a 24 volt battery is connected to a resistor the current in it is 0.4 ampere what is the resistance of the register? What would be the current through it when it is connected to a battery of 6 volt ?

Answer:

R= V/I

so , Resistance = 24/0.4

= 24×10/4= 60 ohms

if p.d becomes 6v then

R= 6/0.4= 6×10/4=15 ohms

R/V=I
