.

We have three conditions

A alone can do a piece of work in 6 days ……………………………………… (1)

B alone in 8 days ……………………………………… (2)

With the help of C, they completed the work in 3 days ……………………………………… (3)

so one day work done by A is = 1/6

one day work done by B is = 1/8

Complete work done DAYS by A,B, C A+B+C= 3

one day work done by them is 1/3

so we will first get one day work done by Ca

by adding one day work done of each

A +B + C =1/3

1/6+1/8+C=1/3

C = 1/3 -14/48

C= 1/24 ONE DY WORK DONE BY C

SO A and B took this work for 3200 rs but there is contribution done by C and the work completed.

from above calculations we got the per day work done by A, B,C and total per day work done by them is 1/3

so we will identify the per day work done % by A,B,C

consider x% per day work done % by A

1/3 * X% =1/6

because total work done is 1/3 and workdone by A is 1/6 so we get the % value on which A did work complete

1/3 * X% =1/6

X% = 1/6 * 3

X % = 1/2

X % = 0.5

So a has done 50% per day work complete

same for B

consider Y% per day work done % by B

1/3 * Y% =1/8

Y% = 1/8 * 3

Y% = 3/8

Y% = 37.5%

same for C

consider Z% per day work done % by C

1/3 * Z% =1/24

Z% = 1/24 * 3

Z% = 3/24

Z% = 12.5%

Total payment is 3200 rs

% share wise c will get 12.5%

3200 * 12.5% = 400 rs
