When a ball drops on to the floor it bounces.why does it bounces?

When we strike a rubber ball against hard floor the ball exert a force (Action) on the floor.

According to Newton's Third Law 0f Motion,

The floor exerts an equal and opposite force (Reaction) on the floor. The rubber ball being light bumps black.
