When a ball is thrown horizontally and dropped at same time?

The factor which leads to the balls falling is the gravity. Because throwing horizontally means it has no vertical component, that is why the vertical motion for both balls are the same. So although the ball with initial horizontal velocity will reach a farther distance, the balls drop at the same time.
