it's pretty simple,
Power = Work done / Time taken
Work done = Force x Displacement,
= F * S
Now power = F*S/t = F*V ( Since displacement by time taken = Velocity )
=> power = F*V
=> Power = 6N* 5m/s² = 30Nm/s²
