answer is 80m using second equation of motion S=ut+1/2at sq. s=0*4+1/2*10*16
we know that whenever any object is thrown upward then it's acceleration is -10m/s sq. and when it is thrown downward then it's acceleration is 10m/s sq.

why don't you write -10
when any object is thrown upward then gravity attract it and produce -10m/s sq acceleration
i know but in your answer you don't write -10 why?
