The property is Diffusion.Diffusion is movement of a substance from a region of its high concentration to a region of low concentration.When the bottle is opened at one corner of the room ,at that corner concentration of perfume is high where as in other parts of the room it's concentration is low.So due ti diffusion the perfume spread to entire room .
