When a bucket filled with water tied at one end of a rope is whirled in vertical circle, water does not spill out at highest point, why?

this is because of inertia due to motion i think.....
Inertia due to motion means.....every moving object has a tendency to move it can not stop simultaneously...for example when you are travelling in a bus
and the buys driver simultaneously applies the break then you bends or falls forward.....because at that time your body has the tendency to move forward....simply when the bucket full of water reaches its highest point because of its tendency to to move down via completing the vertical circle...
