The phenomenon working here is known as Centrifugal Force.It is defined as tendency to move away from the centre .(Earlier considered as a "Fictitious " or "Pseudo" Force.)
Fc=(mv²)/r ;where Fc=Centrifugal Force,m=mass, v=speed, and r=radius
