According to question

x × 13 = A number consists of fives

x =  \dfrac{A\: number \:consists \:of\: fives}{13}

Using Hit and Trail method

First:

Let take number be 55

x =  \dfrac{55}{13}

x = 4.231

Second:

Let the number be 555

x =  \dfrac{555}{13}

x = 42.692

Third:

Let the number be 5555

x =  \dfrac{5555}{13}

x = 427.308

Fourth:

Let the number be 55555

x =  \dfrac{55555}{13}

x = 4273.462

Fifth:

Let the number be 555555

x =  \dfrac{555555}{13}

x = 42735

Therefore, the smallest number is 42,735.
