Given:-

  • Force ,F = 20 N

  • Displacement ,s = 5 m

  • Time taken ,t = 10 s

To Find:-

  • Power delivered to the body ,P

Solution:-

Firstly we calculate the Work done by body

• W = Fs

Where,

W is the Work Done

F is the Force

s is the displacement

Substitute the value we get

→ W = 20×5

→ W = 100 J

Therefore, work done by body is 100 Joules.

Now,

As we know that Power is defined as the work done by body at per unit time.

• P = W/t

where,

P is the power delivered

W is the Work Done

t is the time taken

Substitute the value we get

→ P = 100/10

→ P = 10 watt

Therefore, the power delivered by the body is 10 Watt.
