When a copper coin is dipped
in silver nitrate situation, a glitter appears on the coin after sometime. Why does this happen? Write the chemical equations

It's because when copper is dipped in silver nitrate, due to displacement reaction the Silver gets deposited on copper and solution gets converted to Copper nitrate.
