Yes this is very possible and important for developing countries.In India the trend has shifted from primary to tertiary that is the job or service sector.

Primary sector deals mainly with agriculture.Agriculture is an essential part of society and for a country's development also.The amount of crop produced and also the consumption level determines the success of crop.

Now days organic farming is in trend or also zero level agriculture in which pesticides or insecticide will not be used.Like no chemical fertilizers will be used.Also educating people about crops,seasons,insects,pollution,etc can help us to grow primary sector.

But as you all know people are becoming literate and moving to cities.The trend also changed and is changing from primary to secondary to tertiary.All are interconnected,as crops cultivated and produced will be transported somewhere where it will be packaged and delivered.
