when a crystal of coper sulphate is placed at a bottom of a beaker containing water the water slowly turns blue why ?​

Because they get rehydrated upon putting them in water and result in the formation of CuSo4.5H2O.

The colour of CuSo4.5H2O is blue.

When you will heat these the water molecules they will again get evaporated and crystalls will again lose their colour.
