IT HAPPENED DUE TO DIFFUSION. THE COPPER SULPHATE CRYSTAL SLOWLY STATE TO MIX WITH THE WATER IN THE BEAKER. COPPER SULPHATE IS BLUE IN COLOR AND SO IT TURNS THE WATER BLUE
