this activity shows that matter is made up of tiny particles(that are not visible in naked eyes).

A beaker containing 100ml of water is taken.A Crystal of potassium permanganate is poured in the water. After it is mixed with the water, it is poured in another beaker containing 90ml of water. This process is repeated with several beakers.
We observed that after doing repeated diffusion, the dark pink colour got lighter and lighter. After the diffusion we observed that the pink colour has faded but the particles of potassium permanganate are still present in them.

It concludes that matter is made up of tiny particles.

hope it helps you

This shows the diffusion of particles of water and potassium permanganate, due to this property only the dissolution and spreading of the color of potassium.

That potassium permanganate is water soluble and it slowly diffuses throughout the beaker of water.

❱ Potassium permanganate is not a primary standard.

❱ It is difficult to obtain the substance perfectly pure and completely

❱ Potassium permanganate is an inorganic chemical compound and medication.
