When a girl bends her arm, she uses a different muscle to bring it back to the original position. Why can’t she use the same muscle to both bend and straighten her arm?

there are two types of major muscles which are biceps and triceps, the biceps are present on the upper part in the arm while the triceps are found below them . the biceps get contact we bent our arm and our triceps they relax and when we raise our hand our triceps contract while the biceps contract this is the main reason
