let the frequency of string be X
X -440=5
X -437=8
adding both equation we get
2X -877=13
2X=890
X =445

SourabPardhan: Nic. How u do this plz tell me???
mudrabhandari1p4cb5t: directly use the formula
mudrabhandari1p4cb5t: beat is the difference in frequency
