when a force of p is acting the 20kg box is moving with uniform velocity, that is it's in equilibrium.
now force required to disrupt or disturb it's equilibrium is 1.2p - p
0.2p = ma
m= 20kg and a is 5/100 m/sec sq
p = (20*5)/(100*0.2)
p=5
