when a hydrocarbon fuel is burnt , it always gives out carbon dioxide and water vapour . Do you agree?

generally it gives water vapour and co2 but if there is too much carbon or less o2 the it may give carbon monoxide

no because in case of incomplete combustion carbon dioxide nd water vapour is given off
