Question

when a magnet is broken down into two pices why it got coverted to two small magnets as after it broke down y it happens that the north pole of earlier magnet got changed into north pole of small magnet and from where it is broken it got converted to South pole ...... I hope I am able to type my question well hope u understand... tell

according to properties of a magnet a magnet always consists two poles north pole and south pole even after braking it again and again and we can prove it by experiments. we know that the magnetic field lines emerges from north to south pole
