When a man closes the holes near the mouth of the flute, will the pitch of the sound increase or decrease? pls answer

The pitch increases, as length of the air column decreases.

Pitch decreases because on closing holes, the length of air column increases and since frequency is inversely proportional to length of air column so frequency decreases hence pitch will also decrease
