When a Mother give twin child then two conditions may occur:-

Either two ova is formed and fertilised by two different sperms then Non- Identical twins will be produced. And If Zygote split into two or more then Monozygotic or identical twins will be produced.

When Monozygotic twins will produced then they have same DNA and RNA. So that Identical twins looks alike Carbon copy of each other. But as their age changes they have some little differences in their body which is Fingerprint change. They divide after Zygote forms. So, they have same appearance.

But In case of Non-Indentical twins or Dizygotic twins they fuses with two ova with two sperms and forms two different Zygote. So, they have different appearance and Different DNA and RNA.
