According to question,
x-20 = 96×(1/x)
=> x(x-20) = 96 Multiplying both sides by x
=> x²-20x = 96
=> x²-20x-96 = 0
=> x²+4x-24x-96 = 0
=> x(x+4)-24(x+4) = 0
=> (x+4)(x-24) = 0
∵ x is a natural no., x cannot be negative
∴ x = 24
