if it is divisible by these numbers then the last digit of the quotient is always 0.
And if the numbers are not divisible by such numbers the quotient is normally in decimals...

look it is quite simple
when we divide any number by 10, 100, 1000 etc., either the decimal point moves to the left by that many number of zeroes or those many zeroes are removed from the number are . eg:
23200/10=2320
232.22/100=2.3222
that is it !!!!!!
