(a) gcosβ (b) -gcosβ (c) gtanβ (d) gsinβ

solution : as angle of inclination is β, component of weight along plane is mgsinβ [ as shown in figure ]

so acceleration of the object along plane or parallel to the surface is mgsinβ/m = gsinβ

Therefore acceleration of the object parallel to the surface is gsinβ
