Answer ⇒  Option (d). Its Acceleration and Velocity both changes.

Explanation/Reason ⇒  As we know the the Acceleration and the Velocity is the vector quantity which may change either due to the change in magnitude or either due to the change in the direction.

In case of the Circular Motion, whether the speed changes or not, the Acceleration and velocity changes at ever instant due to the change in direction at every instant.

Velocity of the Body changes due to change in direction and is along the tangent. Whereas, Tangential acceleration is not there in case of the Circular motion with uniform speed but Centripetal acceleration is there which changes at every instant and its direction is towards the centre along the radius.

Hope it helps.
