As you may have heard, your body is composed of about 70% water (mostly in our blood). If you think about all of the blood vessels that spread throughout your body in order to deliver oxygen and nutrients to all of the cells it makes the body seem kind of like a very wet sponge. Luckily we have a protective layer on the outside of our bodies to help hold all of that water in. However, our lungs are built to provide an easy way for oxygen in the air we inhale to be absorbed by our blood and as a consequence water in our blood naturally seeps out and can evaporate into the air we later exhale.

There’s water vapor in our air all the time, however, in winter the cold air around us causes some of the water vapor in the air we exhale to condense into tiny, but visible water drops.

THIS IS THE RIGHT ANSWER.....
