When a person gets a cut on his left hand nerve the person dies within half an hour . But why when a person does not die if his hand or leg is accidentally cut. ???

in this case the nerve is cut which is known to be the message carrier from body part to the brain. the connection with the brain is broken n so it harms the brain as we know if our nervous system gets damaged it can't be repaired. BT I second case, he is accidentally cut but nerves are nt cut n blood clotting also takes place so he does not dies
